Trichoderma sp. 20 w/w OD
Biological formulations can be challenging to produce. In this Trichoderma sp. OD formulation, the ingredients have been carefully selected to be safe for the microorganisms and maintain their viability. The Croda ingredients also provide enhanced end point stability and performance which is often difficult to achieve when formulating with biologicals. This formulation allows the incorporation of a higher concentration of active ingredient, compared to others available on the market. It is important to note that if a different microorganism or oil is used, the formulation may need adjusting. For advice about this please get in touch

Rapeseed oil-based microbial OD chassis system
This is a chassis formulation for developing OD formulations which can speed up the development process. It contains all components required except the active ingredient. The surfactants and their relative ratios are predetermined and have been optimised for a rapeseed oil continuous phase. This chassis system can include an active ingredient at an inclusion level of 20% w/w.
-
Soybean oil-based microbial OD chassis system
This is a chassis formulation for developing OD formulations, which can speed up the development process. It contains all components required except the active ingredient. The surfactants and their relative ratios are predetermined and have been optimised for a soybean oil continuous phase. This chassis system can include an active ingredient at an inclusion level of 20% w/w.
-
Sunflower oil-based microbial OD chassis system (option 2)
This is a chassis formulation for developing OD formulations which can speed up the development process. It contains all components required except the active ingredient. The surfactants and their relative ratios are predetermined and have been optimised for a sunflower oil continuous phase. This chassis system can include an active ingredient at an inclusion level of 20% w/w.

This ZC (CS + SC) formulation includes a Thiamethoxam in a SC form combined with Lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsules in an aqueous phase.
-
Manganese carbonate 930 g/L SC
Suspension concentrate formulation of manganese carbonate developed using polymeric surfactants which promote long term formulation stability, Atlox Metasperse™ 500L and Atlox™ 4894L.
-
Manganese carbonate 930 g/L SC
Suspension concentrate formulation of manganese carbonate developed using polymeric surfactants which promote long term formulation stability, Atlox™ 4919 and Atlox 4894L.
-
Manganese Carbonate 800 g/L SC
A highly-loaded manganese carbonate suspension concentrate (SC) formulation with long stability attributed to the use of a polymeric dispersant.
-
Difenoconazole 100 g/L EC
A 100 g/L difenoconazole formulation designed to reduce the hazardous components while maintaining performance. Methylated rapeseed oil has replaced a traditional solvent and the optimised surfactant package removes the need for an anionic component that would often carry eye toxicity hazards.
-
Atrazine 480 g/L SC
A suspension concentrate (SC) formulation containing atrazine. Long-term stability is achieved using a polymeric surfactant, Atlas™ G-5200L, and an acrylic hybrid solid aqueous dispersant, Atlox Metasperse™ 650S.
-
Diflufenican 40 g/L + 400 g/L (333 g/L a.e.) Glyphosate IPA SC
A combination herbicide suspension concentrate containing high levels of glyphosate. Long-term stability of the formulation is achieved using polymeric surfactants.
-
Calcium carbonate, 1035 g/L SC
Suspension concentrate formulation of calcium carbonate developed using polymeric surfactants that promote long-term formulation stability, Atlox Metasperse™ 500L and Atlox™ 4894L.
-
Pelargonic Acid 582 EC
A highly loaded emulsifiable concentrate containing the contact herbicide pelargonic acid. Pelargonic acid is known to have a freezing point of ~ 12 °C making obtaining cold temperature stable a challenge for formulators.
-
OMRI surfactant systems for microbial ODs – sunflower and corn oil
This oil dispersion (OD) formulation is suitable for formulating microbes in a water free environment. This example uses Bacillus sp. but can be suibstituted for other microbe active ingredients.
-
